  1. Carbohydrates ( such as bread, source of energy, have monomer and its name is monosaccharides )
  2. Lipids (Fats, two building block (fatty acids + glycerol) great for insulator, source of long term enegry)
  3. Proteins (Power bank, monomer of protein is amino acids, other function such as enzymes, gene is code for protein)
  4. Nucleic Acids ( DNA + RNA and their monomer is nucleotide )
